Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 10.7 oz can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • sliced monterey jack cheese
  • hamburger rolls

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in skillet and drain.
  • Return ground beef to pan and add salsa, tomato soup, and brown sugar.
  • Cover and cook on medium low for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • To serve, place sloppy joe filling on hamburger buns, top with a slice of monterey jack cheese, and one tablespoon of sour cream.
