- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup salsa
- 10.7 oz can condensed tomato soup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- sliced monterey jack cheese
- hamburger rolls
Brown ground beef in skillet and drain.
Return ground beef to pan and add salsa, tomato soup, and brown sugar.
Cover and cook on medium low for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
To serve, place sloppy joe filling on hamburger buns, top with a slice of monterey jack cheese, and one tablespoon of sour cream.
