A waffle parfait recipe made with sweetened brown sugar apples, mixed berry waffles, and vanilla yogurt - such an easy and yummy breakfast idea!

- 4 frozen mixed berry waffles double toasted
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 3 apples peeled and cut into small chunks
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- dash cinnamon
Place apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Microwave for 5 minutes until apples are soft.
Set aside to cool slightly.
Chop waffles into small squares.
Layer 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/4 cup waffles, and 1/4 cup apples in an 8 oz glass.
Repeat layers until glass is filled (this was two total layers for me).
Prepare second parfait glass.
Sprinkle additional cinnamon over tops of parfaits and serve immediately.
