Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  • Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir together to form a thick batter.
  • Spoon into a greased 8" round cake pan.
  • Drizzle with melted butter; sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese and oregano.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool 10 minutes; cut into wedges and serve warm.
