- 4 medium salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- zest of 2 lemons
- zest of 2 limes
- addtional lemon slices if desired
In a small bowl, combine cilantro, thyme, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and lime zest.
Spread evenly on top of all four salmon fillets.
Grill over medium heat about 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with additional lemon slices.
