- 8-10 mini sweet red yellow, and orange peppers, quartered length-wise
- 1 small onion cut into thin strips
- 1 lb package frozen pre-cooked steak strips
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- fresh cracked black pepper to taste
- cooked brown rice
Cook peppers in onions in a large, deep skillet over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes.
Add garlic and frozen steak strips. Cook steak and peppers 2-3 minutes or until steak is heated through and peppers are tender.
Add soy sauce and BBQ sauce, stir to coat.
Cook two minutes or until sauce is heated through.
Serve over hot cooked brown rice.
