Homemade pancakes recipe made with flour, sugar, eggs, and milk.
Servings 8 pancakes
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons oil
Mix dry ingredients together.
Whisk together milk, eggs, and oil.
Slowly whisk in flour mixture, do not overmix.
Heat griddle on medium heat and spray with nonstick spray.
Pour 1/4-1/3 cup batter for each pancake.
Flip when you see small bubbles form.
Repeat with remaining pancake batter. Serve hot with syrup.
