  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


  • Brown ground beef in skillet with bell peppers.
  • Remove from heat and drain.
  • Transfer meat mixture to a Crockpot.
  • Add in ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and garlic powder.
  • Stir well.
  • Cook on low for 2 hours. Serve on warmed hamburger rolls.
