Candy Cane Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 quart peppermint ice cream
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 liter 7UP soda
  • 4 candy canes crushed
  • additional candy canes for stirring, if desired

Instructions

  • Soften ice cream in the microwave at 20 second intervals. Scoop into a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour milk into ice cream and stir until smooth.
  • Gently stir in 7UP. Stir until well combined.
  • Dip rims of glasses in water and then into a shallow bowl with crushed candy canes.
  • Pour finished punch into each glass and serve.
  • If serving in a punch bowl, pour punch into punch bowl.
  • Prepare glasses with garnish and set out for guests to serve themselves.
