Peanut Butter Cup Pound Cake
Peanut Butter Cup Pound Cake recipe made with yellow cake mix, peanut butter, peanut butter cups, and chocolate frosting.

- 15 oz box yellow cake mix dry
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter divided
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups peanut butter cups chopped
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- chocolate sprinkles
In a large bowl, beat cake mix, milk, 1/2 cup peanut butter, vanilla, and eggs until well blended.
Gently stir in chopped peanut butter cups.
Pour batter evenly into two greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
Cool completely on wire racks.
For the frosting, melt the remaining 1/4 cup peanut butter and chocolate chips in a small saucepan over medium low heat stirring constantly until smooth.
Pour evenly over both pound cakes.
Top with chocolate sprinkles.
Frosting will harden as it stands.
