- 9 inch pie crust
- 2 3.4 oz pkgs instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups Mint Oreo cookies crushed
- whipped cream
Prebake pie crust as directed on packaging.
Cool pie crust.
In a medium bowl, beat pudding mix and milk for two minutes.
Stir in crushed Oreos.
Pour into cooled pie crust.
Refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight if possible.
Serve with some whipped cream.
