- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/3 cup sweet coffee creamer
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 4 mint Oreo cookies divided
- 2 tbsp milk chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- whipped cream
Place one mint chocolate sandwich cookie in a ziploc bag and crush into fine crumbs, set aside.
Pour coffee, creamer, chocolate syrup, remaining 3 cookies, chocolate chips, and ice in a blender.
Pulse until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass or travel cup.
Top with whipped cream and reserved cookie crumbs.
