  • 15.25 oz box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 16 oz chocolate frosting
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies crushed
  • 24 gummy worms
  • 24 lollipops
  • 48 pastel paper cupcake liners divided


  • Prepare cake mix batter according to package directions using the water, oil, and eggs.
  • Divide evenly among 24 cupcake tins lined with paper liners.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 17 - 19 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
  • Cool cupcakes completely.
  • Place crushed cookies in a shallow bowl.
  • Frost cupcakes one by one, and then roll frosting in crushed cookies.
  • Repeat for remaining cupcakes.
  • Fold remaining pastel cupcake liners in half, and scallop cut edges.
  • Unfold to create a flower petal.
  • Poke an unwrapped lollipop into the center of each flower petal paper liner and insert into each cupcake.
  • Garnish each cupcake with a gummy worm. Serve immediately.
