Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup canned sliced jalapenos drained and diced small
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 16 oz cans refrigerated jumbo biscuits sliced into quarters
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together butter, jalapenos, and cheddar.
  • Add in quartered biscuit pieces and toss to coat well.
  • Place half of dough into a greased Bundt pan.
  • Sprinkle evenly with cubed cream cheese.
  • Place remaining dough on top of cream cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
  • Turn out onto a serving platter and allow bread to cool slightly before serving warm.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
