Ingredients

  • 15.25 oz box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 10 tbsp melted butter plus 2 teaspoons
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

For the icing:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter.
  • Sprinkle half of graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a well greased bundt pan.
  • Spoon half of cake batter on top.
  • Repeat for remaining graham cracker mix and batter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until a cake tester comes out mostly clean.
  • Set a wire rack over a large piece of parchment paper and transfer cake to rack to completely.
  • For the icing, mix sugar, vanilla, and milk in a medium bowl.
  • Using a spoon, carefully drizzle icing over cake letting the parchment paper catch extra drips for easy cleanup, allow icing to cool and harden.
