- 8 oz crescent roll dough sheets
- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- optional toppings: pepperoni, mushrooms, green pepper, etc.
Spread crescent roll dough on a greased cookie sheet.
Using a fork, prick lots of holes over the top of the dough to allow air to escape while cooking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for 11-14 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool completely. Slice into 9 rectangles and place 3 in each lunch container.
Pack each container with 1/2 cup pizza sauce, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, and any additional toppings.
Don't forget a spoon to spread the pizza sauce!
