Crockpot Salisbury Steak Meatballs
Crockpot Salisbury Steak Meatballs recipe made with fresh ground beef, Panko bread crumbs, onion soup mix, cream of chicken soup, au jus mix, and served over brown rice.

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 oz pkg onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 oz pkg au jus mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 cups prepared brown rice
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion soup mix, and milk.
Roll into meatballs, dredge each meatball in flour, and shake off excess.
In a deep skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs turning as needed and working in batches.
Transfer meatballs to the bottom of a Crockpot.
In another bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, au jus mix, and water.
Pour over meatballs.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
Serve over cooked rice.
