Crockpot Pork Cacciatore
Crockpot Pork Cacciatore recipe made with pork tenderloin, tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms and seasonings.
Servings 4 servings
- 30 oz diced tomatoes undrained
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 2 green peppers seeded and diced
- 1 onion diced
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 16 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a small bowl, stir together diced tomatoes and tomato paste.
Pour into the bottom of a slow cooker.
Top with green peppers, onion, and mushrooms. Add seasonings.
Rinse pork tenderloin and pat dry.
Slice and then cut slices into one inch pieces.
Add pork pieces to slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours, or on high 3-4 hours.
Cook and drain spaghetti.
Serve pork cacciatore over cooked spaghetti and topped with some shredded mozzarella cheese.
