  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 14 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 14 oz Italian seasoned diced tomates undrained
  • 1 green pepper seeded and sliced in thin strips
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz cooked spaghetti


  • Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non stick spray and lay chicken breasts in the bottom.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes (undrained), oregano, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  • Pour over chicken and place green pepper strips over top.
  • Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 4 hours.
  • Serve over hot cooked pasta.
