- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dry ranch dressing seasoning mix
- 12 oz fresh broccoli florets
- 12 oz fresh cauliflower florets
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 2.5 oz real bacon pieces
In a small bowl, mix mayo and dry ranch seasoning mix.
In a large bowl, add broccoli florets and cauliflower florets.
Break up larger florets into smaller, more bite-sized pieces.
Add in dried cranberries and bacon pieces.
Add in ranch mixture.
Stir gently until ingredients are lightly coated.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
