Cranberry Orange Cookies
Cranberry Orange Cookies recipe with orange zest, orange juice, and dried cranberries in the cookie dough.
Servings 36 cookies
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp grated orange zest
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 oz dried cranberries
In the bowl of a stand mixer, blend softened butter and sugars until smooth.
Add in egg, orange zest, and orange juice and blend well.
Add in flour, baking soda, and salt and blend well.
Add in dried cranberries and blend until just mixed.
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto lined cookie sheets.
Bake at 375 degrees for 7 - 9 minutes or until cookies are just starting to brown on the edges.
Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool completely.
