Pizza Muffins recipe with chopped pepperoni, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese and served with marinara sauce.
Servings 18 muffins
- 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 1/2 cup pepperoni chopped
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- warmed pizza sauce
In a large mixing bowl, stir together all purpose flour, wheat flour, baking soda, and Italian seasoning.
Add in spaghetti sauce, milk, oil, egg, pepperoni, and cheeses.
Stir ingredients well.
Spray two muffin tins well with non stick spray.
Divide batter among 18 muffin cups.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cool muffins and serve with warmed marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.
