Cauliflower Salad recipe with fresh cauliflower florets, peas, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix.
Servings 8 servings
- 1 head cauliflower cut into small florets
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 oz packet ranch dressing mix
Place cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl.
Add in frozen peas and cubed cheese.
Add in mayonnaise and dry ranch dressing mix.
Mix everything well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 3 hours, before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
