Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips and marinated with orange juice, soy sauce, and other seasonings for a grilled chicken skewer recipe.
2lbsboneless skinless chicken breastscut into strips
1/2cupsoy sauce
6tbsporange juice
1/4cuphoney
2tbspolive oil
1tspsesame oil
2tspdried parsley
1tspgarlic powder
1/2tspground ginger
Instructions
Cut chicken breasts into 3/4 inch strips and place in a ziploc bag. Add remaining ingredients to bag and seal, pressing as much air out as possible.
Turn and shake the bag well to incorporate ingredients. Refrigerate at least one hour, or overnight (or place in freezer and thaw overnight when ready to cook).
Remove chicken from bag and discard bag and remaining marinade. Place chicken onto skewers.
Grill skewers over medium high heat for four minutes per side until chicken is cooked through. Serve immediately and refrigerate any leftovers (great on salads the next day).
