Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  • Cut chicken breasts into 3/4 inch strips and place in a ziploc bag. Add remaining ingredients to bag and seal, pressing as much air out as possible.
  • Turn and shake the bag well to incorporate ingredients. Refrigerate at least one hour, or overnight (or place in freezer and thaw overnight when ready to cook).
  • Remove chicken from bag and discard bag and remaining marinade. Place chicken onto skewers.
  • Grill skewers over medium high heat for four minutes per side until chicken is cooked through. Serve immediately and refrigerate any leftovers (great on salads the next day).
