Ingredients

  • 18 oz box brownie mix
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup miniature semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 16 oz container cream cheese frosting
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries chopped
  • 1 tbsp maraschino cherry juice from jar
  • optional: whipped cream and additional cherries

Instructions

  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions using the oil, water, and eggs. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread into a 9 x 13 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 28 minutes. Cool completely.
  • In a small bowl, stir together frosting, cherries, and cherry juice. Spread evenly over cooled brownies.
  • Scoop small pieces of frosted brownies with a spoon and into serving dishes. Top with optional whipped cream and cherries if desired.
