Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups baking mix
  • 1/2 cup dried pineapple chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup dried mango chopped fine

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar.
  • Add in bananas, beating well. Add in eggs, beating well.
  • Stir in baking mix until well moistened. Gently stir in pineapple and mango.
  • Spread evenly into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until a cake tester comes out clean.
  • Cool, slice, and serve.
