  • 2 cups prepared vanilla iced coffee
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice coffee creamer
  • 1/4 tsp maple extract
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ice, whipped cream


  • In a blender, combine iced coffee, pumpkin puree, creamer, extract and spice.
  • Blend until mixed well and frothy.
  • Add ice to two glasses.
  • Pour iced coffee over ice and top with whipped cream and more spice if desired. Serve immediately.
