  • 2 1/2 cups frozen cheese tortellini
  • 14 oz frozen broccoli florets
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup prepared pesto
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Parmesan cheese


  • Cook tortellini according to package directions, adding frozen broccoli along with it.
  • Meanwhile, saute chicken in deep skillet until almost cooked. Add garlic and continue cooking until chicken is done and browned on the edges.
  • Stir in pesto, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in cooked tortellini and broccoli. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
