- 1 medium onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 8 dill pickles chopped
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese

Brown ground beef in a large skillet and drain well. Transfer beef to a slow cooker that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
Add onion, garlic, mustard, pickles, and cheese.
Cook on low 2 hours, or until cheese is melted. Serve hot!
