Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal
This delicious baked oatmeal is so simple to put together, and WAY less sugar than those instant packets - whole food ingredients!
Servings 12 servings
- 3 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add in milk, peanut butter, eggs, and butter.
Stir until well combined. Gently stir in chocolate chips.
Spread into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
