Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add in milk, peanut butter, eggs, and butter.
  • Stir until well combined. Gently stir in chocolate chips.
  • Spread into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
