Weeknight Pineapple Dijon Ham
This boneless sliced ham is baked with a glaze of pineapple, dijon mustard and apple cider vinegar – a perfect sweet and tangy sauce for this delicious and easy ham dinner!

- 1 hickory smoked quarter boneless sliced ham
- 1/2 cup pineapple preserves
- 4 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Place ham in a baking dish, pouring liquid from packaging over ham.
In a separate bowl, mix pineapple preserves, dijon, and vinegar. Spread half of mixture over top of ham.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325 for about 30 minutes, or until heated through.
Remove from oven and serve with extra warmed reserved glaze.
