- 14.5 oz fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 4.5 oz chopped green chiles
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 lbs American cheese cubed
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup milk
Place all ingredients, besides tortilla chips, into slow cooker in order as listed. Stir to combine well. Cover and cook on low 2 hours.
Remove lid and stir well to combine. Keep dip in slow cooker on "keep warm" setting and serve with tortilla chips.
