These Loaded Philly Cheese Steak Nachos are perfect for game day parties! Crunchy tortilla chips loaded with thin steak, peppers, onions, and American cheese - ketchup optional!!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp butter divided
  • 1 green pepper seeded and diced
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 9 oz frozen 100% beef sandwich steaks
  • 9 oz tortilla chips
  • 1/2 lb sliced American cheese

Instructions

  • Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a small frying pan. Add diced peppers and onions and continue to saute, stirring occasionally, until softened.
  • Meanwhile, melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet. Add frozen sandwich steaks in batches and saute until cooked through. Drain cooked steak on paper towels.
  • Place half of tortilla chips on a lined cookie sheet. Lay half of the sliced cheese over chips, then steak, then peppers and onions. Repeat layers for remaining ingredients.
  • Place under broiler for 3 - 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
