This Slow Cooker Blueberry French Toast is the perfect make ahead breakfast! French bread, eggs, milk, seasonings, and fresh blueberries with a sweet glaze to finish it off - delicious!
Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and seasoning mix in a large mixing bowl. Fold in bread and blueberries, toss to coat.
Pour into a 6-quart slow cooker sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Cover with a clean cotton kitchen towel overhanging sides of slow cooker (to catch excess moisture), place lid on top.
Cook on HIGH 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until top of French toast no longer looks wet.
In a small bowl, stir together powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon milk. Drizzle over top of french toast. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers.
