3 1/4 cup flour 0.25 oz Rapid Rise yeast 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup EVOO divided 1 2/3 cup warm water 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Combine flour, yeast, and salt; mix well.
Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and water and stir until fully combined.
Grease a 9x13 pan and stretch dough to fit bottom of pan.
Cover with a dish towel and set it in a warm spot for about 30 minutes until doubled in size.
Poke holes in top of dough with a spoon handle and spread remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil over the top.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and additional salt.
Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.
Bake bread in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
