Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cup flour
  • 0.25 oz Rapid Rise yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup EVOO divided
  • 1 2/3 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Combine flour, yeast, and salt; mix well.
  • Add 2 tablespoons olive oil and water and stir until fully combined.
  • Grease a 9x13 pan and stretch dough to fit bottom of pan.
  • Cover with a dish towel and set it in a warm spot for about 30 minutes until doubled in size.
  • Poke holes in top of dough with a spoon handle and spread remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil over the top.
  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and additional salt.
  • Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  • Bake bread in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
