Ingredients

  • 5 sweet Italian sausage links
  • 48 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 green pepper sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Heat 1/2 cup water in a deep skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add sausage links to the skillet and cover.
  • Cook sausage for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Drain.
  • Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and combine remaining ingredients in slow cooker.
  • Top sauce with sausages and cook on low for 6 hours.
