5 sweet Italian sausage links 48 oz jar spaghetti sauce 6 oz tomato paste 1 green pepper sliced thin 1 tablespoon dried minced onion 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese 1 tsp dried parsley 1 cup water
Heat 1/2 cup water in a deep skillet over medium high heat.
Add sausage links to the skillet and cover.
Cook sausage for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Drain.
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and combine remaining ingredients in slow cooker.
Top sauce with sausages and cook on low for 6 hours.
