Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Chicken made with chicken breast, potatoes, carrots, Dijon mustard, and honey. A complete dinner ready in the Crockpot!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 potatoes washed and quartered
  • 3 carrots sliced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Spray inside of Crock-Pot with nonstick spray and place chicken in the bottom.
  • Spread veggies on top of chicken.
  • In small bowl, mix honey and mustard, pour over top of vegetables.
  • Cook on high 4 hours or low 8 hours.
  • When done, remove veggies and chicken from slow cooker and serve with the extra honey mustard sauce.
