Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken tenders
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 frozen waffles
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  • Combine Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl.
  • Place beaten eggs in a second shallow bowl.
  • One at a time, dip chicken tenders in eggs and then in bread crumbs.
  • Place breaded tenders on a baking rack placed on top of a cookie sheet.
  • Repeat for remaining chicken tenders.
  • Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes, or until chicken is done by reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  • Meanwhile, combine mayo, maple syrup, horseradish, and dry mustard in a bowl and set aside.
  • Toast waffles and cut into strips.
  • Place equal amounts of chicken tenders and waffle "fries" in basket along with dipping sauce.
