Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz package cream cheese softened
  • 3 medium bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl with a hand mixer, beat together sugar and cream cheese.
  • Add in bananas and eggs, and beat until well combined.
  • Gently stir in Bisquick and pecans, until just moist.
  • Spread in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for one hour.
  • Cool completely before serving.
