- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz package cream cheese softened
- 3 medium bananas mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a medium bowl with a hand mixer, beat together sugar and cream cheese.
Add in bananas and eggs, and beat until well combined.
Gently stir in Bisquick and pecans, until just moist.
Spread in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for one hour.
Cool completely before serving.
