Ingredients

  • 16.3 oz refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • optional: pepperoni slices

Instructions

  • Press a refrigerated biscuit into a 5 inch circle.
  • Spread one tablespoon of pizza sauce and cheese over half of the biscuit.
  • Add optional pepperoni slices.
  • Stretch dough over filling and seal with a fork.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.
  • Cool slightly before serving.
