16.3 oz refrigerated biscuits 1/2 cup pizza sauce 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese optional: pepperoni slices
Press a refrigerated biscuit into a 5 inch circle.
Spread one tablespoon of pizza sauce and cheese over half of the biscuit.
Add optional pepperoni slices.
Stretch dough over filling and seal with a fork.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.
Cool slightly before serving.
