- 11 oz refrigerated thin crust pizza dough from the can
- 1/2 cup frozen diced onion no need to thaw
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup prepared pizza sauce
Unroll dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
In a small bowl, stir together the onion, garlic, olive oil, oregano, Italian seasoning, and thyme.
Spread mixture evenly over dough.
Sprinkle with mozzarella and then top with the Parmesan.
Bake at 400 for 8-11 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes, then slice in half lengthwise, and then into 10 strips.
Serve with warmed pizza sauce.
