Ingredients

  • 11 oz refrigerated thin crust pizza dough from the can
  • 1/2 cup frozen diced onion no need to thaw
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup prepared pizza sauce

Instructions

  • Unroll dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the onion, garlic, olive oil, oregano, Italian seasoning, and thyme.
  • Spread mixture evenly over dough.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella and then top with the Parmesan.
  • Bake at 400 for 8-11 minutes.
  • Cool for 5 minutes, then slice in half lengthwise, and then into 10 strips.
  • Serve with warmed pizza sauce.
