- 8 oz semi sweet baking chocolate
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup water
- 3.9 oz package instant chocolate pudding dry
- 3 cups powdered sugar
In a medium bowl, place chocolate, butter, and water.
Microwave for 2 minutes or until butter is completely melted.
Stir until chocolate is melted.
Add dry instant chocolate pudding.
Stir in powdered sugar one cup at a time until fully incorporated (requires a bit of elbow grease at the end).
Press into a square baking dish that has been lined with wax paper or foil.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Lift from pan and cut into pieces using a pizza cutter.
Store in refrigerator.
