- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup iced coffee
- 1/4 cup sugar
- whipped cream
- caramel syrup
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, iced coffee, and sugar until smooth.
Pour into a 9 x 9 square baking dish and freeze for 3 hours.
Allow to thaw a few minutes on the counter.
Place whipped cream in the bottom of an ice cream dish.
Scoop frozen yogurt over whipped cream and top with drizzled caramel syrup.
Serve immediately.
