3boneless skinless chicken breastscut into bite sized pieces
1green pepperseeded and sliced into rings
8ozsliced mushrooms
1tbspolive oil
12ozBarilla Pronto Penne Pasta
24ozspaghetti sauce
1cupshaved Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of a large skillet. Add chicken, green pepper, and mushrooms. Saute over medium high heat until chicken is cooked through, about 8 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
Drain any extra liquid from pain, return to stove, and add dry penne. Stir in 3 cups cold water and cook over high heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Add chicken & vegetables back to skillet along with sauce. Stir to coat and cook an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
