Ingredients

  • 9 inch pie crust unbaked
  • 18 oz box brownie mix dry
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips divided
  • vanilla ice cream
  • caramel ice cream topping
  • maraschino cherries

Instructions

  • Place pie crust into deep dish pie plate.
  • In a bowl, stir together brownie mix, beaten egg, oil, and water until well combined.
  • Stir in 2/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips.
  • Spread evenly into pie crust.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over pie and bake an additional 20 - 25 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out mostly clean.
  • Cool completely and serve slices topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, caramel syrup, and cherries.
