- 15 oz box spice cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 11 oz butterscotch chips
In a large bowl, beat dry cake mix, eggs, applesauce and vanilla until well blended.
Stir in oats and butterscotch chips.
Drop tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes or until starting to brown on the edges.
Cool completely on a wire rack before storing in a container or cookie jar.
