Ingredients

  • 15 oz box spice cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 11 oz butterscotch chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat dry cake mix, eggs, applesauce and vanilla until well blended.
  • Stir in oats and butterscotch chips.
  • Drop tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes or until starting to brown on the edges.
  • Cool completely on a wire rack before storing in a container or cookie jar.
