- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup raisins
In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
With a large wooden spoon, stir in milk, maple syrup, and egg; mix well.
Stir in raisins.
Spread into a loaf pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes - one hour.
