Ingredients

  • 9-13 lb spiral cut ham with glaze
  • 6 sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Place ham slices flat side down in a roasting pan; set aside glaze packet.
  • Peel and quarter sweet potatoes and place in pan around ham.
  • Cover pan tightly with foil.
  • Bake at 275 degrees for 15 minutes per each pound of ham.
  • Remove from oven and remove foil from pan.
  • Sprinkle sweetened dried cranberries over sweet potatoes.
  • In a smaller bowl, whisk together contents of glaze packet and maple syrup.
  • Drizzle evenly over ham and sweet potatoes.
  • Allow to rest 5 minutes.
  • Remove ham slices and sweet potatoes to a serving platter and serve while hot.
