Ingredients

  • 16 oz can refried beans
  • 1 oz pkt taco seasoning
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • sliced green onion, tortilla chips

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together refried beans and taco seasoning.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together sour cream and softened cream cheese (mixture will be slightly lumpy).
  • Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non stick spray.
  • Spread refried bean mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over refried beans.
  • Spread salsa evenly over cream cheese mixture.
  • Sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Top with sliced green onion.
  • Serve dip hot with tortilla chips.
