- 4 cups flour
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3 eggs beaten
- 29 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground spices.
In a separate mixing bowl, add beaten eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
Beat wet ingredients with a hand mixer until well combined.
Combine both the dry and wet mixture into a very large mixing bowl.
Stir until ingredients are just moistened.
Add in chocolate chips and stir.
Evenly divide batter among 3 greased 9 inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes, when a cake tester comes out clean.
Cool loaves on wire racks before serving.
