- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Stir sugar and light corn syrup in a large pot.
Heat mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until bubbling.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
Stir in Rice Krispies and mix until cereal is well coated.
Press cereal mixture into a 9 x 13 baking pan that has been spray generously with non stick spray.
In a small pot, combine semi sweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
Heat on LOWEST setting, stirring continuously, until completely melted.
Spread melted chocolate on top of treats in pan.
Allow treats to cool to room temperature before slicing and serving.
